What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. Card and UPI payments are handled by our payment gateway — we never see or store your card details.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, across most serviceable PIN codes. You can check availability at checkout by entering your PIN code before paying.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us with your order number and we will cancel or amend it. Once a parcel is handed to the courier it has to be returned rather than cancelled.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice is emailed with every order confirmation. If you need it billed to a company GSTIN, add the number in the order notes at checkout.
Can I buy in person instead?
Please do — the shop is in Shivjot Market, Kharar. Everything on this site is stocked there, and staff can talk you through the options in person.
How do I know the supplements are genuine?
We buy direct from brands and their authorised importers, never from grey-market wholesalers. Every tub arrives sealed with the importer's sticker and a batch number you can verify against the brand's own records.
