These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Refund Policy, which are all part of this agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
We are a retailer of health and nutrition supplements operating from India. Our legal entity name, registered address, GSTIN, and FSSAI licence details are published on our Contact page and in the site footer. All products are sold from within India and are intended for sale to customers in India unless stated otherwise on the product page.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
Nutrition supplements are intended for healthy adults. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell to minors.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details, including any one-time codes we send to your phone or WhatsApp, confidential. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used for fraud, repeated abuse of our return or refund process, chargeback abuse, or any breach of these terms.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and product availability can change without notice, and an offer may be withdrawn at any time before your order is accepted.
We try to describe and picture every product accurately, but packaging, labels, flavour shades, and batch artwork can differ from the images shown, as manufacturers update them from time to time. Such differences are not a defect and are not grounds for a return.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel any order — for example where an item is out of stock, where we cannot verify your details, where delivery is not serviceable, or where we suspect fraud or resale.
We sell for personal consumption only. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for commercial resale or that are unusually large.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners over secure, encrypted connections. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, it may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout and may be unavailable for some pincodes or order values.
If a payment fails but money is debited, it is normally reversed by your bank or the payment provider within a few business days. If it is not, contact us with your order and transaction details and we will help trace it.
We sell only genuine products sourced from the brand or its authorised importer or distributor. Every parcel leaves us sealed with tamper-evident packaging. To protect that guarantee — and your own ability to raise a claim — you must follow the seal and parcel-opening rules set out in our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
The products we sell are food supplements (nutraceuticals) regulated under India's food safety laws. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Nutritional needs are personal. Consult a qualified doctor or dietitian before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical treatment, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition. Always read the label, follow the recommended dosage, and check the ingredient list for anything you are allergic to. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is promised.
The site's design, text, graphics, and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Brand names, product images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
The site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
We take reasonable care to keep the site and its information accurate, but we provide it “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any effect of using a supplement contrary to its label, the dosage on the pack, or professional medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the city of our registered office, as stated on our Contact page. We would always rather resolve a complaint directly first — please raise it with our Grievance Officer using the details on the Contact page before taking any other step.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown above, is the one that applies to your order. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
For any question about these terms, or to reach our Grievance Officer, use the phone number, WhatsApp, and email published on our Contact page and in the site footer. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within the timelines required by law.
